The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 23(1), (5) to (7) and 25(2) of the Pensions Act 2007^f1:

In accordance with section 23(8) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
