  "text": "(1) The Official Controls (Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2020 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 4, omit “and EU member States”.\n(3) In regulation 6(1)—\n(a) in the opening words, for “a competent authority of a member State as provided for in Article 104,” substitute “another competent authority”;\n(b) in paragraph (a), for “a competent authority of a member State” substitute “that other competent authority”.\n(4) Omit regulation 6(2).",
