  "heading": "The Register of Pharmacy Technicians",
  "text": "(1) The Registrar shall establish and maintain in accordance with the provisions of and rules under this Order a register of pharmacy technicians.\n(2) The register established and maintained under paragraph (1)—\n(a) shall be known as the Register of Pharmacy Technicians; and\n(b) shall be divided into two parts, and—\n(i) the first part shall be known as “Part 1 – Practising Pharmacy Technicians”, and\n(ii) the second part shall be known as “Part 2 – Non-practising Pharmacy Technicians”.",
