# The Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007, Paragraph 23: Amendment of the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 1999


In Schedule 1 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 1999 (enactments conferring functions transferred to the Scottish Ministers)—
(a) in column 1 (enactment), omit “The Pharmacy Act 1954 (c.61), Schedule 1C, paragraph 3(4)(b)”; and
(b) in column 2 (restrictions and requirements), opposite the entry to be omitted by virtue of sub-paragraph (a), omit “Functions of the Secretary of State only.”.
