# The Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007, Paragraph 32: Amendment of the European Qualifications (Health Care Professions) Regulations 2003


In the European Qualifications (Health Care Professions) Regulations 2003—
(a) in regulation 1 (citation, commencement, interpretation and extent), in paragraph (2), omit the definition of “the Pharmacy Act”; and
(b) omit regulation 8 (Pharmacy Act) and Schedule 3 (pharmacists).
