# The Pharmacy (1976 Order) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy (1976 Order) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on [ ].
(2) In this Order—
“the Department” means the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety;
“the principal Order” means the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.
