  "text": "(1) The Council must make provision in rules relating to—\n(a) the intervals at which inspectors may conduct routine inspections of registered pharmacies; and\n(b) the circumstances in which inspectors may conduct special inspections of, and other visits to, registered pharmacies.\n(2) Rules under paragraph (1) are not to limit an inspector’s power of entry under article 10.",
