  "text": "(1) In Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (excepted professions, offices, employments, work and occupations: interpretation)—\n(a) for the definition of “registered pharmacist” substitute—\n““registered pharmacist” means a person who is registered as a pharmacist in Part 1 or 4 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010;”; and\n(b) for the definition of “registered pharmacy technician” substitute—\n““registered pharmacy technician” means a person who is registered as a pharmacy technician in Part 2 or 5 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010;”; and\n(2) in Part 4 (interpretation), for the definition of “registered pharmacy technician” substitute—\n““registered pharmacy technician” means a person who is entered in the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010;”.",
