Paragraph 19 Amendment of the Medicines (Bal Jivan Chamcho Prohibition) (No 2) Order 1977

In regulation 2(3) of the Medicines (Bal Jivan Chamcho Prohibition) (No 2) Order 1977f1 (prohibition of sale, supply and importation of Bal Jivan Chamcho), for sub-paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e)

an inspector appointed by the General Pharmaceutical Council under article 8(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010.”.
