# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 22: Amendment of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (Exemption) (No 2) Regulations 1984


In the Schedule to the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (Exemption) (No 2) Regulations 1984 (exempt organisations)—
(a) after “the Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland” insert “The General Pharmaceutical Council”; and
(b) omit “The Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain”.
