# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 3: Amendment of the Race Relations Act 1976


In Part 2 of Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976 (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), under the heading “Regulatory, audit and inspection”—
(a) at the appropriate place insert “The General Pharmaceutical Council.”; and
(b) omit “The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, in respect of its statutory functions and the regulation of the pharmacy profession.”.
