Paragraph 33 Amendment of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Procedure) Rules 2001

In regulation 2(1) of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Procedure) Rules 2001^f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “appropriate professional registration body”, for “the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain” substitute “the General Pharmaceutical Council”.
