# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 48: Amendment of the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 2005


In article 1(4) of the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 2005 (citation, commencement, extent and interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant register” for “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
