In regulation 16 of the National Health Service (Local Pharmaceutical Services etc.) Regulations 2006 (sharing of information received), in each of paragraphs (2)(c) and (3), for “the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain” substitute “the General Pharmaceutical Council”.
