# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 61: Amendment of the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2007


In paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 3 to the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2007 (additional requirements for applications on grounds of disability), for paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e) a registered pharmacist as defined by article 3(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010;”.
