# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 65: Amendment of the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008


In regulation 18(1) of the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008 (qualified persons), in sub-paragraph (a) for “article 11(1)(a)(i) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “article 20(1)(a)(i) of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
