# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 67: Amendment of the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence (Appointment, Procedure etc.) Regulations 2008


In regulation 2(2) of the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence (Appointment, Procedure etc.) Regulations 2008 (conditions of appointment for chair and non-executive members of the Council), for sub-paragraph (j)(viii) substitute—
“(viii) Pharmacy Order 2010, and”.
