# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 7: Amendment of the Health Act 1999


In section 60(2) of the Health Act 1999 (regulation of health care and associated professions) for “the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” in paragraph (aa) substitute “the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
