In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (relevant authorities for the purposes only of section 28), for paragraph 28 and the heading preceding it substitute—
“The General Pharmaceutical Council
28. The General Pharmaceutical Council.”.
