Paragraph 9 Amendment of the Freedom of Information Act 2000

In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000^f1 (public authorities for the purposes of that Act)—

(a)

at the appropriate place insert “The General Pharmaceutical Council.”; and

(b)

omit “The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, in respect of information held by it otherwise than as a tribunal.”.
