Paragraph 3 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975

Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975f1 (excepted professions) is to continue to have effect with the insertion—

(a)

in paragraph 8, of the entry relating to “Registered pharmacist”; and

(b)

in paragraph 8A, of the entry relating to “Registered pharmacy technician”,

(originally made by paragraph 12(a) of Schedule 1 to the 2007 Order).
