# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 5: Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003


Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003 (excepted professions) is to continue to have effect with the insertion in paragraph 8 of the entry relating to “Registered pharmacist” (originally made by paragraph 31(1) of Schedule 1 to the 2007 Order).
