  "text": "The following provisions of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005 are to continue to have effect with the insertion of the words “as a pharmacist in an EEA State other than the United Kingdom, or in Switzerland”—\n(a) regulation 11(1) (refusal: general provisions) (the words were originally inserted by paragraph 43(b) of Schedule 1 to the 2007 Order); and\n(b) regulation 54(6) (temporary provision of services during a period of suspension) (the words were originally inserted by paragraph 43(c) of Schedule 1 to the 2007 Order).",
