# The Pharmacy (Premises Standards, Information Obligations, etc.) Order 2016, Article 10: Amendment of section 82 of the 1968 Act


In section 82 of the 1968 Act (procedure relating to disqualification)—
(a) in subsection (2), after “body corporate” insert “, pharmacist, partnership”; and
(b) in subsection (3), after “body corporate” insert “, pharmacist, partnership”.
