# The Pharmacy (Responsible Pharmacists, Superintendent Pharmacists etc.) Order 2022, Article 10: Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland: deputy registrar


In Article 9 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 (the registrar), after paragraph (5) insert the following paragraphs—
“(6) The Department may appoint a fit and proper person as a deputy registrar for the purposes of this Order.
(7) The registrar may authorise the deputy registrar to act for the registrar in any matter.”.
