Article 11 Carrying on of retail pharmacy business from premises

Schedule 2 makes minor amendments to Part 4 of the 1968 Act (pharmacies), and to sections 10 (exemptions for pharmacists) and 124 (offences by bodies corporate) of that Act, relating to the carrying on of a retail pharmacy business from (as well as at or on) premises.
