# The Planning (2011 Act) (Commencement No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, Article 2: Provision conferring power to make secondary legislation


To the extent that the provisions referred to in Article 3 confer or relate to the power to make orders and regulations, those provisions come into operation on 1st February 2015 for the purposes of enabling orders and regulations to be made.
