# The Planning (2011 Act) (Commencement No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, Article 3: Appointed day


(1) Except for the provision mentioned in paragraph (2), the provisions of Part 3 of the 2011 Act (planning control) shall come into operation on 1st April 2015.
(2) The provision mentioned for the purposes of this paragraph is section 63(1)(d) of the 2011 Act.
