  "text": "In each of the following provisions of the principal Order —\n(a) Article 3(1A) (policy under that Article to be consistent with the regional development strategy);\n(b) Article 4(1A) (development plan for an area to be consistent with the regional development strategy); and\n(c) Article 86(6) (development scheme to be consistent with the regional development strategy),\nfor the words “consistent with” there is substituted “in general conformity with”.",
