Article 4 Status of development plans

In Article 4 of the principal Order (development plans), after paragraph (2) insert—

“(2A)

Where, in making any determination under this Order, regard is to be had to the development plan, the determination shall be made in accordance with the plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise.”.

Article 30 of the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (NI 8) (status of development plans) ceases to have effect.
