  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend sections 7, 13, and 61 and schedule 2 of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (“the Act”). These Regulations amend minor cross-referencing and typographical errors identified in the Act.\nThe Bill for the 2019 Act received Royal Assent on 25 July 2019. Sections 59 and 61 came into force on the following day.",
