The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 173(1)(a) and 173(5)(b)(ii) and (iii) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005^f1, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 172(8) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
