  "text": "(1) In Schedule 2, in paragraph 20 (absent voting lists: supply of copies etc), after sub-paragraph (5), insert—\n“(5A) The registration officer must, on a request made at any time, supply a relevant returning officer (within the meaning of paragraph 1 of Schedule 1) with a copy of the postal voters list, the list of proxies or the proxy postal voters list.”\n(2) In that paragraph, in sub-paragraph (6), omit “(a) or (b)”.",
