  "text": "(1) In Schedule 2, paragraph 59 (forwarding of documents) is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), after “42(5)” insert “, 42A(2)”;\n(b) in paragraph (a), at the end, omit “and”;\n(c) after paragraph (b) insert—\n“(c) any list compiled under paragraph 55(4).”\n(3) In sub-paragraph (4), at the end insert “except that in applying those rules the list compiled under paragraph 55(4) must be treated in the same manner as a counted ballot paper”.",
