  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 154(2)(b) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nPolice, England And Wales\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Lord President of the Council makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58(1) and (5) and 154(5) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.\nIn accordance with section 7(1) and (2)(hc) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, the Lord President of the Council has consulted the Electoral Commission.\nIn accordance with section 154(2)(b) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
