  "heading": "Police area returning officer to forward returns and declarations to the Commission",
  "text": "Where the police area returning officer receives any return or declaration under article 34, 40 or 41, the officer must —\n(a) as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the return or declaration deliver a copy of it to the Commission, and\n(b) if so requested by the Commission, also deliver to them a copy of any accompanying documents.",
