# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 and come into force on 19th December 2017.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
