# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 11: Activities and installations and mobile plant


In Part B of Section 1.1 (combustion) of Part 1 of schedule 1 (activities and installations and mobile plant), after paragraph (c) insert—
“(d) Burning any fuel in a medium combustion plant with a rated thermal input equal to or greater than 1 megawatt and less than or equal to 20 megawatts.”.
