# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 4: Interpretation: enactments etc.


In regulation 3(1) (interpretation: enactments etc.) after the definition of “Landfill Regulations” insert—
““Medium Combustion Plant Directive” means Directive (EU) 2015/2193 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from medium combustion plants,”.
