Regulation 8 Schedule 1 conditions: best available techniques

After regulation 22(2), insert—

“(3)

Paragraph (1) does not apply to a permit for a Part B installation at which no activity is carried out other than an activity described in either or both—

(a)

paragraph (c) of Part B of Section 1.1 of Part 1 of schedule 1; or

(b)

paragraph (d) of Part B of Section 1.1 of Part 1 of schedule 1.”.
