# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 7th January 2013.
(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
