# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Regulation 27: Schedule 1 conditions: titanium dioxide


SEPA must ensure that a permit for an installation producing titanium dioxide contains such conditions as it considers necessary to give effect to the provisions of Chapter VI and Annex VIII of the Industrial Emissions Directive.
