# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Regulation 7: SEPA: information relating to right of appeal


SEPA must, when issuing any decision or determination in respect of which there exists a right of appeal to the Scottish Ministers under these Regulations, inform all persons who have such a right of the existence of the right.
