  "text": "(1) The Contaminated Land (Scotland) Regulations 2000 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).\n(2) In regulation 2 (land required to be designated as a special site)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)(da) omit “or by means of Part A mobile plant”, and\n(b) for paragraph (3A) substitute—\n“(3A) In paragraph (1)(da) above, “Part A installation” and “permit” have the same meanings as in the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012.”.",
