# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 12: The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005


(1) The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 8(3)(b)(ii) (applications for greenhouse gas emissions permits), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
