# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 13: The Water Environment (Oil Storage) (Scotland) Regulations 2006


(1) The Water Environment (Oil Storage) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 6(1)(c)(ii) (storage of oil – general), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
