# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 17: The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007


(1) The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 2(2) (interpretation and notices), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “regulation 7 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
