# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 19: The Rural Development Contracts (Land Managers Options) (Scotland) Regulations 2008


(1) The Rural Development Contracts (Land Managers Options) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In Schedule 3, Part 2 (secondary legislation), for “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
