# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 20: The Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008


(1) The Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 8(d) (exclusions from storage capacity), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
