# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 22: The Corporation Tax (Land Remediation Relief) Order 2009


(1) The Corporation Tax (Land Remediation Relief) Order 2009 is amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) For article 4(2)(b)(ii) (relevant contaminated land remediation: specified activity) substitute—
“(ii) the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012,”.
